Next thursday the First European TOCICO Conference starts in Amsterdam. The conference is based upon the ideas of dr. Eli Goldratt (known for the Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management). The theory of constraints focuses on the weakest link in an organization, and tries to manage all the aspects within the organization in such a way that this weakest link cannot limit the organizational performance. During these three-day conference you will learn through examples, games, simulations and assignments how to understand the TOC-measures and, more important, how to put them in action. Many respected speakers will tell their stories and visions, and many with the same believe will be there to talk, discuss and learn from each other.
